The independent, family-owned business was founded in Birmingham in 1984 by Carlo Distefano and is recognised for its superb freshly prepared regional food, impeccable service and lively, friendly atmosphere.
Fumo situated in St Peter's Square in Manchester City Centre was placed in a brand-new building when our client San Carlo approached us to assist them in their fit out. We worked with San Carlo to project manage and quantity survey to ensure the project was delivered on time and has sufficient cost savings.
The state-of-the-art restaurant was a fun project to be involved in as it was extremely high spec due to its sophisticated space offering an upscale Italian menu amid marble and sculptural fittings.
